Saturday Morning Crepes

Someone once told me that I needed to work on my "plating presentation."

I was at a Thanksgiving work potluck one year and I made sweet potatoes. I never ended up taking the potatoes out of the tin tray they cooked in (I was in a hurry). When I placed my dish on the table, it looked like a pile of poop in a dog tray.

Ever since, I've been trying to work on the presentation plating skills. So I had some time this morning and wanted to try making strawberry chocolate stackable crepes.





I ended up basting the crepes in more chocolate after I snapped this photo. I think this is a notch up from where i was at a few years ago, dontcha think? ;o)
